A Schuylkill County man is facing theft and related charges, according to state police at Frackville.

Troopers said Tyler Smith, of Mahanoy City, has been charged with taking an all-terrain vehicle owned by a resident of Mogish Drive, Delano, between 12:30 and 9:30 a.m. Saturday.The ATV was recovered on Sunday.Troopers said Smith was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
