Coaldale Borough Council will open bids for two vacant properties Tuesday night.

The properties are located at 138 and 140 Fisher Ave.The borough acquired and demolished two homes on those properties that had fallen into disrepair.The properties are being sold 'as is' with no warranty.Bids can be submitted until 5 p.m. today. They will be opened by borough council at their meeting later in the evening.Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with each one reading "BID VACANT LOTS AT 138-140 FISHER AVENUE, COALDALE, Pa.".
