Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Disorderly conduct:Peter Politowicz Jr., 52, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident April 28 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.DUI:Joshua Richardson, 33, Slatington, was charged with three counts of DUI, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and windshield obstructions, for an incident March 23 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Jason McFarland, 40, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, careless driving and unlawful activities for an incident April 7 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.George Galgocy, 61, Palmerton, was charged with four counts of DUI and careless driving for an incident April 8 in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.Michael Joyce Jr., 36, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, windshield obstructions and a driving violation for an incident March 12 on Route 248 east.Theft by deception:Leonard Stanley Jr., 25, Bel Air, Maryland, was charged with deceptive or fraudulent business practices and two counts of theft by deception, for an incident March 27 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Flight to avoid apprehension:Matthew Frederick, 23, Palmerton, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension for an incident April 29 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations:Police also issued four citations for vehicle violations, two for traffic violations and one for speeding.
