State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of a John Deere utility vehicle.

Troopers said a utility trailer was broken into in the area of 284 Route 209 (Tremont Mountain), in Tremont, Schuylkill County, by cutting two padlocks.The utility vehicle, specifically designed and engineered by Ames Engineering, was taken.The property is owned by Hi Way Paving Company. The theft occurred sometime between March 23 and April 20, troopers said.
