April 28, 2004 - Panther Valley and Jim Thorpe split its Schuylkill League track meet, with the Panther boys earning a 77-64 win and the Olympian girls claiming a 114 1/2-27 1/2 victory. Joe Sniscak captures the 100 and 200 for the PV boys, who also receive multiple-wins from Jason Starry (1600, 3200) and Pat Sweeney (shot put, discus). For the JT girls, Amber Bennick leads the way with wins in the 1600, 3200, and triple jump. Tory Rowlands also claims two events (shot put, discus).
