A vehicle stop led to the arrest of a man with an active bench warrant.

Pocono Mountain Regional police stopped a silver Hyundai onThursday at 4:35 p.m. along Route 115 at Kuhenbeaker Road for a suspended registration. The driver was identified as Michael Sollitto, 24, of 136 Dusty Lane, Kresgeville.A check of Sollitto's license revealed he had an active bench warrant for his arrest issued to the county sheriff's department for failure to appear. He was then transported to the county prison in Snydersville on the warrant.
