Several speakers for Fair Districts PA will be featured at the Democrats for Progress meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Inn at Jim Thorpe in the downstairs conference room.

Arthur Naylor and Fritz Walker, of Fair Districts PA, will explain the history and impact of the current redistricting system, and present a plan to reform the redistricting process.Fair Districts PA is a nonpartisan coalition of organizations, including the League of Women Voters that aims to create a redistricting process that is impartial, transparent and accountable, promoting competitive elections.Linda Christman, president of Democrats for Progress, said, "Even though this is a Democratic Club, we are inviting anyone who is interested to attend and understand this important nonpartisan issue."
