A planning meeting will be held tonight for the upcoming Tamaqua edition of the WVIA documentary series "Our Town."

The event is open to the public.In the series, WVIA assembles footage taken by local residents to look at the town today, as well as its history.It is the second of three planning meetings for the production of the documentary, which will air June 8 on WVIA.Tamaqua Area High School graduate Joe Krushinsky, WVIA's vice president of advancement strategy, is leading the effort to recruit volunteers to capture photos and video for the documentary.The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Morgan Center of LCCC, 234 High St. in Tamaqua.
