April 18, 2009 - Adam Wehr slugs a three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Northwestern a wild 16-15 walk-off win over Colonial League opponent Palmerton. The Tigers, coached by Len Smith, trail by four runs entering their final at-bat. Gio Fricchione singles home the first run of the inning. An error brings in the second run before Wehr's blast over the left field fence ends the game. Wehr also triples in the contest and knocks in four runs. The winners receive a two-run homer from Kyle Cryer, with BJ Schantz adding a solo shot. For the Bombers, Chris Linfert collects three hits and five RBIs.
