A bake sale in Jim Thorpe Saturday will benefit Miss Amazing Pageant contestant Reilly Bauer, of Lansford, as she prepares for the National pageant.

The bake sale will take place at Jim Thorpe Market, starting at 9 a.m.

Items for sale include Rice Krispies Treats, carrot cake, pineapple upside down cake, cheesecake, homemade peanut butter eggs and chocolate covered pretzels.

Bauer was crowned Miss Amazing Jr. Teen in the Pennsylvania Miss Amazing Pageant in February. The national event is this summer in Chicago.

Miss Amazing provides opportunities for girls and women with disabilities to build confidence and self-esteem in a supportive environment.
