Autopsy set on Pennsylvania man who died after Taser shot

READING, Pa. (AP) - An autopsy was set on the body of a 25-year-old Pennsylvania man who went into distress and died after police shot him with a Taser during a domestic dispute.

Berks County detectives are investigating the death of Kenneth Johnson who reportedly struggled with a Reading officer who responded to the call Wednesday afternoon.The officer responded after two 911 calls reporting that a woman yelled out a window that a man was trying to kill her. Police say the 31-year-old woman told them Johnson, her boyfriend, had assaulted her and ran inside when police arrived. Police found Johnson a short time later in the alley, and one fired a Taser as he allegedly struggled with another officer.County detectives are investigating because Reading city officers were involved the arrest.The autopsy was set Thursday night.
