Parole revocation:

Christopher A. Keer, 27, of Coaldale, was sent back to jail until April 21, 2018.Judge John E. Domalakes gave Keer the option of being admitted to an inpatient rehabilitation program.Keer, who pleaded guilty on Feb. 18, 2015, to receiving stolen property and retail theft in two cases, had violated the terms of his parole.He had been sentenced to serve a total of two to 23 months in jail.Keer was charged by Rush Township police on March 26, 2014.Probation revocations:Joseph L. Cierlitsky, 26, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison after Judge Jacqueline Russell revoked his probation.Cierlitsky pleaded guilty on March 23, 2011, to conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.He was sentenced on July 27, 2011, to two years of intermediate punishment.But on Nov. 16, 2012, he was removed from the program, and sentenced to two to four years in state prison, followed by 12 months on probation.Cierlitsky was charged by Rush Township police on Aug. 25, 2010, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Joseph J. Michaels, 26, of Barnesville, will spend one to two years in state prison after Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin revoked his probation.Michaels was charged by Rush Township police on Aug. 22, 2015, with theft. In a second case, he was charged by East Union Township police on Oct. 5, 2015, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence while his license was suspended/driving under the influence.Michaels pleaded guilty on Sept. 7, 2016, to the retail theft and drug and license charges, and was sentenced to one year of probation.
