Forest Inn road in Lower Towamensing township is closed after the operator of a dump truck lost control and sent it over the guiderail into a stream.
The incident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. as the driver was descending Boyer Farm Road into the intersection with Forest Inn Road.
The driver was unable to stop the unit at the T intersection sending the unit over the guiderail into a stream.
