• An Easter egg hunt will be held at the Palmerton Memorial Park at 11 a.m. April 8 in the grove. Please park in the big parking lot behind the pool and walk down to grove. The egg hunt is for ages newborn to age 10.• An Easter egg hunt will be held in the Palmerton Borough Park at 1 p.m. April 8. p.m.April 8 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 2915 Fireline Road, Palmerton. Drawings for baskets will be after 2 p.m. and winners will be notified.Eachticket includes 25 chances. Tickets are on sale now at the Palmerton Area Library and at the door. Enjoy fun and festivities for all. Palmer-Parkside PTO basket raffle at the Palmerton Area High School on Sunday. The basket raffle is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes hot food and bake sale.Knitting ClubThe Knitting Club will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. on Mondayat the Palmerton Area Library, 402 Delaware Ave., Palmerton. This club is free and open to anyone interested in knitting or crocheting at any skill level.
