Blue Mountain Health System is offering a food and nutrition health fair in recognition of National Nutrition Month.

The fair at the Gnaden Huetten campus will be held on Tuesday in the hospital's ground floor lobby, 211 N. 12th St. in Lehighton.The fair will be from 10 a.m. to noon.The date was incorrect in the original release.The theme is "Put Your Best Fork Forward," which serves as a reminder that each one of us holds the tool to make healthier food choices.The health fair is offered at no charge. Registered dietitians play a critical role in helping people eat right, and will offer product tastings and samples, nutrition information and literature and door prizes. Dietitians will answer all of your nutrition-related questions.No registration is required.
