State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an incident in Monroe County in which a suspected mobile meth lab was found.

Troopers said on March 17 at 12:05 a.m. they responded toa Gooseberry Lane, Chestnuthill Township, residence for a domestic dispute. While on scene troopers found a backpack outside the residence. The backpack contained a suspected mobile meth lab. Both individuals involved in the domestic, who police did not identify, claimed no knowledge of the backpack or had any idea where it came from.The state police clandestine lab team responded to the scene to remove the backpack.
