Two Schuylkill County women were cited after they fought over a parking space that was shoveled after the snow storm on Tuesday.

State police at Frackville said Pauline Covine, 43, and Haley Becker, 23, of Ashland, were involved in a argument over a shoveled parking space in the 1300 block of Walnut Street in Ashland, about 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday. Becker told troopers she shoveled out a parking space near her residence and Covine's husband parked his truck in the newly shoveled space and refused to move it.Covine and Becker argued about the space until it turned physical and both engaged in a physical altercation where both women pushed, punched and pulled each other's hair.Both were issued non-traffic citations for disorderly conduct, troopers said.
