Tamaqua Borough has released its snow removal schedule as follows:

• Today, starting at 10 a.m. - Pitt Street - from Lafayette Street to end; Clay Street - from Pitt Street to Nescopec Street• Tonight, starting at 10 p.m. - Broad Street - north side from the railroad tracks at Patterson Street to Odd Fellows Cemetery; Mauch Chunk Street - from Broad Street to Pine Street; Berwick Street - from Broad Street to Hegarty Avenue; Nescopec Street - from Broad Street to Hegarty Avenue; Swatara Street - from Broad Street to Lafayette Street.Note all vehicles must be moved from the posted streets. Vehicles that remain on the posted streets will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.Snow removal will continue as needed, and residents will receive notice of additional streets that will be cleared.This schedule is subject to change depending on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
