A Schuylkill County man is facing charges after he gave his twin brother's name at a traffic stop.

State police at Frackville said Bradley Charles Victor, 23, of Girardville, was stopped at 2:49 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of North Lehigh Avenue and Spring Street, in Frackville, for having window tint.At the stop Victor gave his twin brother's name.Further investigation revealed his identity and two active bench warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and placed in the county prison in Pottsville on the warrants.Troopers will charge him with false identification to law enforcement.
