A Tamaqua man has been cited for harassing his former landlord.

Andrew Zakashefski, 55, of 300 1/2 Arlington St. was warned about bothering his former landlords, but continue to send texts to the victims and post comments to Facebook.He was warned to stop on Jan. 12, but continued, resulting in a citation for harassment.
