Several people face charges for recent thefts at the Walmart store in Mahoning Township.

• At 5:01 p.m. Jan. 31, township police investigated a retail theft of over $200 in merchandise at the store.Tyler Hunsicker, 18, of Lehighton, and Kelly Smith, 22, of Weissport, have been charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 5.• In a separate incident, at 4:35 p.m. Feb. 11, township police investigated a retail theft of over $200 in merchandise at the store.Brenda Hosler, 50, of Coaldale, has been charged with retail theft.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 5.
