State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating the following crashes.

• A three-vehicle, rear-end crash occurred at 1:44 p.m. Feb. 26 at the intersection of Route 115 and Green Mountain Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said vehicles operated by Jeffrey W. Vokes, 30, of Albrightsville; Joseph R. Peters, 66, of Albrightsville; and Earl W. Faulkner, 48, of Pittston, Luzerne County, were all southbound. Troopers said Peters and Faulkner stopped due to another vehicle turning left onto Green Mountain Road. Vokes, traveling at a high rate of speed, was unable to stop and the front of his 2001 Mazda 626LX hit the rear of Peters' 2006 Dodge Ram truck, pushing it into the rear of Faulkner's 2005 Chevrolet Classic. No one was injured. Troopers cited Vokes for driving at an unsafe speed.• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 12:42 p.m. Feb. 25 along Route 903, near Weiler Road, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County. Troopers said Lori Meckes, 41, of Jim Thorpe, was driving a 2005 Ford Mustang northbound and traveling too fast for conditions on the wet roadway when she lost control. The Ford struck an embankment on the right side, then crossed both lanes of travel and struck an embankment on the left side of the road where it came to rest. Meckes sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention. The Ford had to towed. Meckes was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.• A two-vehicle crash occurred at 7:52

a.m.Friday along Interstate 80 westbound in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County. Troopers said that a 2017 Ford Fusion, driven by Peter E. Fisher, 42, of Easton, struck a 2011 Peterbuilt truck driven by Michael J. Popovich, 42, of Albrightsville. No one was injured. Fisher was cited for the crash.
