A driver escaped serious injury Friday morning in a crash along Route 895 in East Brunswick Township.
The crash occurred at 7 a.m. as the vehicle was traveling west. The car left the road and hit a utility pole.The Community Fire Company of New Ringgold responded. State police at Frackville are investigating the incident.Roads are reported to be slick in areas. An SUV slid off the road and down an embankment on Route 209 between Jim Thorpe and Nesquehoning.A crash has brought wires and a poles down on Route 903 near Trattoria's.
