Rottet has good start to season

Tamaqua graduate Bo Rottet has gotten off to a solid start for the Kutztown University baseball team this season.

The sophomore infielder for the Golden Bears has 12 hits in 32 at-bats for a .375 batting average. The former Blue Raider has three extra base hits (one double, one triple, and one homer), scored eight runs, collects 12 RBIs, and stolen two bases.Rottet, the 2014 Times News Baseball Player of the Year, has helped Kutztown start the year with a 6-2 record.
