Join the Friends of Beltzville State Park as they hike the trails of the park.

The friends will hold a group hike at 2 p.m. Sunday.The hike will begin at the Christman Trailhead parking lot, located near the intersection of Pohopoco Drive and Station Street.The 2-mile hike leads past an old orchard, through a forest, and through old farm fields, according to the friends.Hikers are advised to dress for the weather, wear hiking shoes and bring water. In the event of rain, the hike will be canceled.The group is also planning a roadside cleanup at 6 p.m. March 22 at the park, as well as future hikes.For more information about the group, visit
