Two Weatherly Area High School students have been named the WVIA Artists of the Week. Hayli Heister was named Performing Artist of the Week, while Morgan Kipikasa is the Visual Artist of the Week.

The campaign is designed to call attention to high school students who excel in the study of the arts. Weekly winners will then compete for the WVIA Artist of the Year.
