Shots fired in Easton, police searching for male witness

Eastonpolice are searching for a man they say could provide information after officers responded to a shots fired call along Ferry Street.

Officers just before 7 p.m. canvassed the area and found a home damaged by gunfire at 815 Ferry Street. There were no reported injuries.Police said evidence was collected from the scene.Police are searching for a man they say witnessed the crime. He is described as having short brown hair and was wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants. He was last seen running west on Ferry Street.Woman allegedly threatens to beat up man over blaring music"Right now, we are not certain what, if any role, he had in this incident, but we would like to speak with him," said Inspector Daniel Reagan in a news release.The shooting remains under investigation.
