Valerie Titanski, 43, of Wind Gap, was issued a traffic citation after state police at Lehighton were summoned to a one-car crash at 9:16 p.m. Feb. 2 on Old Route 115 in Ross Township.

Police said she was transported to St. Luke's Monroe Campus.Police said she was driving a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe southbound and was negotiating a left turn on an uphill grade when the vehicle veered to the right shoulder of the roadway.Police said Titanski lost control of the car, which struck the guide rail on the southbound side of the road. It was towed from the scene.
