Two people are under arrest after an incident at the Verizon store in Mahoning Township.

The incident began when employees notified police of a woman attempting to use fraudulent credit cards to purchase multiple iPhones.

Police took the woman in custody and a man after a short foot race.

The car the pair were in had a Texas registration. It is believed the two were involved in similar incidents in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
