A Lansford man admitted exposing himself to a teenage girl.

Richard Thomas Ogozalek, 54, pleaded guilty before Carbon County Judge Steven R. Serfass on Tuesday morning to one count each of indecent exposure and open lewdness. In exchange for the plea, the district attorney's office dropped a count of unlawful contact with a minor, open lewdness.Lansford police charged that on June 30, 2016, at a residence along East Patterson Street, Ogozalek exposed himself to a then 13-year-old girl. Police also said he performed a sex act in front of the girl.The incident was reported by the victim's mother on July 2, 2016.Serfass deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office to prepare a presentence investigation report.
