A Schuylkill County man faces drug-dealing charges after an incident at a Lake Harmony resort.
Kidder Township Police arrested 33-year-old James Neff of Coaldale on Tuesday at Split Rock Resort.Police said that Neff was found with 253 bags of heroin, methamphetamine and marijuana, as well as $498 in cash.He faces felony charges for dealing drugs, as well as lesser charges for methamphetamine and marijuana possession.Neff was arraigned on the charges and incarcerated at Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $40,000 bail.
