EASTON (AP) - A Nazareth man was sentenced to one year of probation after admitting that he fired shots from the Stockertown Rod & Gun Club range into a nearby home.
Timothy Frey, 62, apologized for his actions as he pleaded guilty Monday in Northampton County to a disorderly conduct count.Police say the homeowner and her child had just left a bedroom before Frey's bullet went through the home's siding and into an interior wall.The gun club raised its backstop in 2011 following complaints from neighbors.
