WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?

Cristi Marchetti, Lehighton Area High School teacher, is one of 45 U.S. citizens traveling abroad through the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program in 2016-17. Marchetti is based out of Queen's University Belfast researching Full Service Extended Schools and Community Use of Schools.

Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom, has a fabulously beautiful landscape - towering cliffs and rocky hills, winding rivers and scooped-out lakes that look like they could have been made by the hands of slightly crazy giants.There are many stone tombs there, 5,000 years old, made of enormous boulders that could not possibly be lifted by one man or even a whole family of ordinary men. For many years the local people have named them "Giant's Graves."Marchetti visited the far north of the country on her trip and blogged about it.
