A Slatington driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Lehigh County on Feb. 21.

State police at Fogelsville said Jarrett Stair, 28, was stopped along Mill Creek Road, north of Lower Macungie Road, in Lower Macungie Township, at 10:08 p.m. for suspicion of DUI of a controlled substance - marijuana. Troopers said the charge is pending.
