The Jim Thorpe Hall of Fame committee is now accepting nominations for individuals and teams from the Jim Thorpe Area. All nominees must be out of high school at least five years.

All nominations must be submitted using the official resume form. Resume forms can be downloaded from the Jim Thorpe Hall of Fame website - jtsportshof.org. Forms can then be mailed to the Jim Thorpe Hall of Fame, P.O. Box 4004, Jim Thorpe, Pa. 18229-4004.Resumes must be submitted on or before April 1, 2017 for consideration for the Class of 2017.
