The February meeting of the Nesquehoning Historical Society will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesdayat Maple Shade Meadows Senior Living.

The group will be discussing plans fortrips andspeakers for the coming year.Members will also be showcasing some new historical photos that were recently donated to the society. These photos depict life at the sewing factories on or near Willow Lane. The two companies are Lawson and Sons and Mary-Jo Apparel.Everyone is invited and there is never any charge to attend meetings.Light refreshments will also be provided.
