Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has placed four people charged by local police in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Placement does not mean the person pleaded guilty. if they successfully complete the program, their records may be expunged.All four were also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Edward J. Bielen III, 19, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 26, 2016.Baldwin accepted him into ARD for 12 months. Bielen was also ordered to $350 to offset the cost of the program.Heather Heffelfinger, 47, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with driving under the influence on Dec. 12, 2015.Baldwin accepted her into ARD for 12 months. Heffelfinger was also ordered to $500 to offset the cost of the program.Jesse P. Jadush, 39, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with disorderly conduct on June 18, 2016.Baldwin accepted him into ARD for 12 months. Jadush was also ordered to $350 to offset the cost of the program.Dylan J. Valentine, 26, of Tamaqua: Charged by state police at Frackville with receiving stolen property and theft by deception on Dec. 30, 2015.Baldwin accepted him into ARD for 12 months. Valentine was also ordered to $350 to offset the cost of the program.
