Winds will be northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.The strongest winds are expected to occur this morning. The winds will gradually weaken later today, but several places will see gusts over 45 mph this afternoon.Strong wind gusts may blow down limbs, trees and power lines. Isolated power outages are possible. More extensive damage, potentially leading to numerous power outages, are possible at higher elevations along and north of Interstate-80, where significant icing occurred yesterday.
