State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating an aggravated assault incident in which a juvenile suffered facial fractures.

The incident happened between 12:15 and 12:30 a.m. Feb. 5 at 175 Huntington Road, Polk Township.Police said the victim engaged in an argument at a party at that location, during which time he was punched in the face.
