Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of marijuana:Anthony Munoz, 23, of New Tripoli, charged with possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana and other prohibited materials, Jan. 6 on Route 248 east.Possession of drug paraphernalia:Anthony Perez-Cuenca, 22, of Palmerton, charged with endangering welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Jan. 15 in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.Samantha Kuntz, 27, of Jim Thorpe, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident July 13, 2016, in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.Cassandra Stevens, 19, of Palmerton, charged with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Jan. 15 in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.Harassment:Kenneth Lafata, 43, of Pittsburgh, charged with two counts of harassment, for an incident Dec. 29, 2016, on Avenue A.Disorderly conduct:Jessica Johnston, 32, of Palmerton, cited for disorderly conduct, for an incident Jan. 29 in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.Retail theft: A juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton man for receiving stolen property and two counts of retail theft, for an incident Jan. 29 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.DUI:Kelly Smith, 21, of Weissport, charged with five counts of DUI, speeding and careless driving, for an incident Aug. 25, 2016, in the 1500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Michael Kern, 48, of Slatington, charged with DUI and speeding, for an incident Jan. 10 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Police also issued seven citations for speeding, and one for traffic violation.
