Authorities in Lansford are investigating a fire which started in the rear of a home Saturday night.

Fire companies from Lansford and Summit Hill responded to the alarm last night at 10 p.m. on the 300 block of East Bertsch Street.

When firefighters arrived, they found flames to the rear of the two- and one-half story single family wood frame dwelling. The unit is half of a double complex.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
