Mahoning Police were summoned to a criminal mischief incident that was reported at 2 p.m. Jan. 30 in Mahoning Township.

The victim is a 51-year-old man who resides on Westside Road.The actor is a 28-year-old man from Lehighton who police said threw a glass patio table that was outside on the back patio, causing the glass table to shatter.
