State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft incident at a Carbon County business.

On Jan. 14 troopers were called to the Riverwalck Saloon, at 8 Centre St., Parryville, for a theft. Troopers were told an employee of the business was suspected of stealing miscellaneous items while working. The suspect was identified as a 32-year-old man from Palmerton. The investigation is continuing.
