Younger and Edwards were not at the home when police arrived.

The 13-year-old was transported to Sacred Heart, and later had to be airlifted to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center because of her blood alcohol content.

A 15-year-old female who as also at the residence admitted to drinking, and told police that Younger had provided the alcohol.

An investigation revealed that Edwards purchased the vodka, and the 13-year-old was with her at the time of the purchase.

Younger and Edwards were arraigned on the charges Friday. Edwards is out on bail while Younger is being held on $20,000 bail.
