No injuries were reported after a fire broke out at the Walmart in Mahoning Township on Wednesday afternoon. Fire companies from several Carbon County communities responded to the working structure fire that broke out in a maintenance room in the center of the store shortly after 3 p.m. The fire was first reported as a working fire with flames and smoke showing, as hundreds of shoppers and employees were evacuated from the sprawling structure.
