Summit Hill police make drug arrests

Summit Hill police have filed charged against three people after they were found to have drugs in their possession.

• Jennifer Stefanick, 22, of East Hazard Street, Summit Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Jan. 12.Police were called to the area of her residence where they found Stefanick incoherent and rambling about something being wrong with a family member.Police checked on the person and found them to be fine, but found drug paraphernalia on Stefanick.• A 17-year-old Summit Hill male was charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 20.At 7 p.m., police received a report of someone shooting behind the Ginder Field. Upon arrival, police found the boy with the drugs.• Brian Bloss, 32, of Washington Street, Tamaqua, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Oct. 27.At 9:38 p.m., police stopped a vehicle, driven by Bloss, for a vehicle code violation when they found drugs.
