A domestic dispute in Tamaqua landed Eric R. Lamberth, 23, of West Rowe Street, Tamaqua, in the Schuylkill County prison in Pottsville.

Police were called to Lamberth's home at 3:41 p.m. on Jan. 21 where they met with a woman who had visible bumps, bruises and scrapes on her face. She said the injuries came from Lamberth, who kicked her in the head, knocked her to the ground and then punched her repeatedly in the face, head and body.Lamberth had left the home but was later found on West Broad Street.He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Anthony Kilker, of Shenandoah, on charges of simple assault and harassment. Bail was set at $15,000 straight cash, which he was unable to post.
