Schuylkill County Judge Charles M. Miller revoked the probation of a New Ringgold man.

He orderedRichard Beeler, 34, back to jail until March 13.However, Beeler will be permitted to enter a residential drug rehabilitation program in lieu of imprisonment.Miller also ordered Beeler to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.Beeler was charged on May 10, 2015, by Pottsville police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and having a weapon while he was barred from having one.He pleaded guilty on May 18, 2016, to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prohibited possession of offensive weapon.Charges of possession of a controlled substance were dropped.Beeler was sentenced to three to 12 months in jail.Judge John E. Domalakes revoked the parole ofCarly E. Niedert, 25, of Nesquehoning.Niedert was charged on Nov. 22, 2012, by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence in Tamaqua.Domalakes revoked her parole and sent her back to jail until April 10.Niedert will be permitted to enter a residential drug rehabilitation program in lieu of imprisonment.Niedert pleaded guilty on Nov. 13, 2013, to driving under the influence.A charge of going through a stop sign without stopping was dropped.She was sentenced to five years on intermediate punishment and fined $1,500.
