Schuylkill County Judge James P. Goodman sentenced a Tamaqua man in five cases.

Duane R. Allen, 29, was charged by Tamaqua police in all but one of the cases.Goodman sentenced Allen to three to 18 months in jail for criminal trespass/breaking into a building on Oct. 16.Allen pleaded guilty. Goodman gave him credit for time served from Oct. 16 to Dec. 29.Goodman also sentenced Allen to 12 months on probation on a charge of theft on Aug. 26. He also ordered Allen to pay $250 restitution.On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 6, Goodman sentenced Allen to an additional 12 months on probation.On a second charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 13, Allen was sentenced to 12 months on probation, to be served concurrently.On a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence filed by state police at Frackville on Sept. 13, Goodman sentenced Allen to 12 months on probation, again to be served concurrently.Also, Goodman sentenced a Florida man to jail time for terroristic threats and harassment.Jason R. Seblin, 40, of Daytona Beach, was charged by Tamaqua police on Sept. 9 after threatening another person with a knife.Goodman sentenced Seblin, who pleaded guilty to harassment, to three to six months in jail.He was given credit for time served between the day of his arrest and Dec. 29.
