Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:Robyn Conklin, 18, of Lehighton, was charged with DUI (controlled substance), possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle code violations, for an incident Oct. 31 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Orlando Nunez-Candelario, 21, of Mount Pocono, was charged with DUI (controlled substance), possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and unlawful activities, for an incident July 30 at Princeton Avenue and Hillside Avenue.Jude Petrycia, 41, of Palmerton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Dec. 27 at First Street and Alley E.Jessica Zinno, 24, of Palmerton, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Dec. 26 on Route 248 east.Craig Hull, 47, of Catasauqua, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Dec. 24 at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.V.L. Phrakousonh, 20, of Binghamton, New York, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Dec. 1 on Route 248 east.Simple assault:Raelynn Strohl, 18, of Palmerton, was charged with simple assault and harassment, for an incident Jan. 4 in the 1700 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Criminal trespass:Michael Coulson, 51, of Palmerton, was charged with criminal trespass and defiant trespass, for an incident Jan. 7 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Citations:Police also issued five traffic citations, four citations for vehicle violations, three for speeding, and two for traffic violations.
